BresBet Casino Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 26 September 2026

These Terms govern registration, payments and real-money casino play with BresBet Casino. By creating an account or using a casino product, the player confirms that they have read and accepted this document.

We have written the main rules in direct language. A rule does not become less important because it appears in a game screen, promotion page or cashier notice instead of this document.

1. The Agreement with BresBet Casino

The agreement is between the registered player and BresBet Ltd, company number 13250493, with its registered office at Office 624, Block 2 Spaces, Pennine Five, 20–22 Hawley Street, Sheffield, England, S1 2EA.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Safer Gambling Policy, Complaints Procedure and the rules shown for each game or promotion. Specific rules apply first when they address an issue that these general Terms do not cover. They cannot remove rights that UK consumer law gives to the player.

BresBet Casino provides gambling services only where it has the required permission. Availability can depend on the player’s physical location and account status.

2. Who May Register

A player must:

A player may maintain only a single personal casino account. A company, informal group or person acting for somebody else cannot register as a player. Employees and contractors may face additional restrictions where their work could affect a game, promotion or casino decision.

We can refuse an application when registration would breach law, licensing duties, self-exclusion controls or reasonable security requirements. We will not refuse access for an unlawful discriminatory reason.

3. Registration Details and Verification

The player must enter truthful information and update it after a change. Initials, nicknames and an old address can prevent identity or payment checks from matching correctly.

We verify the player’s age and identity before permitting gambling. A check may require a passport, driving licence, proof of address or evidence that a payment method belongs to the account holder. We explain which information we need and how to provide it.

We may also conduct anti-money-laundering, fraud, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth checks when the account activity requires them. The evidence must show the relevant source clearly. Sending a document does not guarantee that it will satisfy the check.

If the player does not provide required information, we may pause registration, restrict the cashier or suspend the account. We will not introduce an avoidable verification condition only after a withdrawal request if we could reasonably have requested the same information earlier. This does not prevent a new request required by law or by later account activity.

4. Login and Account Security

The player must keep the password and connected email account secure. Do not share access, security codes or recovery links. Activity completed through valid login details may be treated as account-holder activity unless evidence shows unauthorised use.

Contact us promptly after an unknown login, lost device or suspected account takeover. We may temporarily lock the account while we protect the balance and investigate access.

BresBet staff will not request a complete password or card security code. The player remains responsible for signing out on a shared device and keeping the operating system, browser or official app reasonably current.

5. Deposits and the Casino Balance

The cashier shows the available payment methods, minimum amounts and any processing information before confirmation. Methods may change because of provider availability, legal requirements or account checks.

Deposits must come from a method held in the registered player’s name. We do not accept credit cards for gambling in Great Britain. A payment wallet must not be used to hide a credit-card source or third-party funding.

Funds must be used for genuine casino activity. BresBet Casino is not a bank, money-transfer service or place to hold money without a gambling purpose. The account balance does not earn interest.

We may reject or return a deposit that is duplicated, reversed, connected to another person or inconsistent with financial checks. The player must not start a chargeback for a valid casino transaction. A genuine payment dispute should first be raised with our support team.

6. Withdrawals

A player may request withdrawal of cleared cash funds through the cashier. We normally return money to the original deposit route where the method supports withdrawals. We may use a verified bank account or another approved route when the original method cannot receive funds.

The player must meet identity, payment-ownership and legal checks. Processing time begins after we receive the information needed for the request. A payment provider or bank may add its own transfer time.

We do not require a player to gamble a cash deposit before requesting its return. We may still review a deposit that suggests money laundering, fraud, chargeback activity or third-party funding.

A pending withdrawal can be delayed when a legal review, payment investigation or unresolved game transaction affects the amount. We release the undisputed balance when no lawful restriction remains.

7. Starting and Playing Casino Games

The casino displays the stake options and key rules before or within each game. Players should check the paytable, bet limits, bonus features and game instructions before placing a stake.

Selecting Spin, Deal, Bet or another confirmation control sends a gambling instruction. The stake becomes final after our system or the game provider accepts it. A completed loss cannot be cancelled because the player misunderstood the game, selected the wrong amount or changed their mind.

Slots and other random games use tested game software. The published return to player, or RTP, is a theoretical average calculated across many rounds. It does not predict the result of one session or guarantee that an individual player will recover a stated percentage.

Live roulette, blackjack and baccarat follow the rules shown for the selected table. Table limits, side bets and decision times can differ. If the player does not act before a timer expires, the game rules determine whether the round continues, stands or ends without a new bet.

8. Game Results and Interrupted Rounds

The server and provider records determine whether a stake was accepted and how a round ended. The animation shown on a screen presents the result but does not replace the underlying certified record.

If the connection fails after acceptance, the game may finish on the server. Reopening the game can restore the round or display the settled balance. Contact support with the game name, approximate time, stake and round reference if the result remains unclear.

We investigate duplicated instructions, incorrect settlement and software faults with the relevant provider. We correct the balance when reliable records show an error. We do not cancel a valid win merely because the result favoured the player.

A visible malfunction, impossible balance or obviously incorrect award does not create a right to keep money produced only by the fault. We may suspend the affected amount while we obtain the technical record, but we must explain the outcome and restore any valid stake or winnings.

9. Bonuses and Free Spins

Every casino promotion has eligibility, timing and game rules. The promotion page forms part of these Terms after the player accepts the offer. Where a specific promotion conflicts with a general bonus statement here, the clearly disclosed promotion rule applies.

Our registration offer provides 100 free spins worth £0.10 each after an eligible new player deposits at least £10 and stakes £10 on qualifying slot games. The requirements must be completed within 14 days. Credited spins expire after 7 days. Winnings from these free spins have no wagering requirement.

Registration alone does not earn the offer. The player must meet the published deposit, qualifying-play and eligibility conditions. The promotion page identifies the qualifying games and any restrictions before participation.

We may reject a bonus claim linked to duplicate accounts, false information, coordinated activity, prohibited software or an attempt to manipulate qualifying play. We will not confiscate ordinary cash funds merely because a player did not complete a bonus.

If we make a material bonus term unclear or omit it before acceptance, we will not apply the hidden interpretation against the player.

10. Safer Gambling Controls

Casino play is available only to adults. Players can use the deposit limit and other controls shown in the account, including time-out or self-exclusion options where applicable.

A deposit limit controls how much money can enter the account during the selected period. Other controls may work differently and will carry their own explanation. We apply increases only after the required process and any cooling-off period. A player may reduce a limit without using the increase process.

We can contact a player, request information, restrict activity or close an account when behaviour indicates a risk of harm. Commercial offers do not take priority over a safer-gambling decision.

Self-exclusion closes access for the selected scope and period. The player must not try to register again or use another person’s account. We take reasonable steps to prevent access and marketing, but the player should also use device, bank and blocking tools where helpful.

11. Prohibited Activity

Players must not:

We assess the evidence before applying a permanent financial decision. Where possible and lawful, we tell the player what conduct is under review and allow relevant information to be supplied.

12. Account Restriction and Closure

The player may request closure through customer support. Closing the account does not cancel settled game results, payment disputes or legal checks. We return the available cash balance after required verification and any lawful deduction.

We may restrict or close an account for a breach of these Terms, self-exclusion, suspected crime, security risk, regulatory duty or loss of eligibility. A temporary restriction can remain while we investigate relevant records.

We may cancel winnings created by proven fraud, collusion, multiple-account abuse or deliberate exploitation of a malfunction. Any action must relate to the evidence and affected transactions. We do not use a general right of closure to remove valid winnings from unrelated play.

We can also end the commercial relationship without alleging misconduct. In that case, we stop new play and return the cleared balance after normal checks.

13. Errors, Availability and Liability

We aim to keep the casino available, but maintenance, provider faults, network failure or events outside reasonable control can interrupt access. We do not guarantee continuous availability of every game or payment method.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We also do not remove statutory consumer rights.

For other claims, BresBet Casino is responsible for direct loss that was reasonably foreseeable and caused by our breach. We are not responsible for business loss, loss caused by the player’s device or connection, or a consequence that could not reasonably have been expected when the agreement began.

14. Complaints and Disputes

Send a complaint to [email protected]. Include the registered name and email, the relevant game or transaction reference, the date and the result requested. Never include a password or complete card number.

We review the complaint under our published Complaints Procedure and provide a written outcome. If the dispute remains unresolved after our final response or the applicable eight-week period, the player may refer an eligible gambling-transaction dispute to the approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider named in that procedure.

ADR may consider disputes about gambling transactions. It may not accept a general customer-service complaint or a complaint about our decision not to accept future custom. A player must complete the BresBet complaint process before using ADR.

The UK Gambling Commission regulates gambling businesses but does not settle individual account disputes or recover money for a player.

15. Intellectual Property

BresBet names, page content, casino design, software elements and promotional materials belong to BresBet or their respective licensors. A player receives a limited personal right to use the service for lawful casino play.

The player must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially reuse protected content. This section does not prevent ordinary browser functions, accessibility tools or use allowed by law.

16. Privacy

Our Casino Privacy Policy explains how we use registration details, identity documents, payments, game rounds, device information and safer-gambling records. It also explains retention periods and UK data-protection rights.

Privacy choices do not remove records required to settle play, process payments, prevent fraud or meet legal duties.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms when the law, casino functions, payment arrangements or regulatory requirements change. The current version displays its effective date.

We give appropriate notice of a material change. A change does not rewrite the outcome of a completed game or remove a right that arose under an earlier version. Continued use after the notified effective date confirms acceptance where the law permits that method.

18. Governing Law and Contact

The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms. A UK consumer retains any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts available in their place of residence.

Questions about these Terms or a casino account should be sent to [email protected]. Privacy requests should be sent to [email protected].
